1. How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. We require at least 48 hours.

2. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

We get it – stuff happens! Please read the Policies page regarding refunds and cancellations.  

3. What is the delivery fee? 

The delivery fee is based on your delivery location and is calculated at checkout. It will add on a delivery fee based on zip code.  We do offer free pick-up; this can be selected at checkout.  We will respond after you place your order to coordinate that pick-up. 

4. Where do you deliver?

Deliveries can be made within a 20-mile radius of our kitchen location (Higley/Pecos in Gilbert). We hand deliver directly to the address provided in the order form.

5. How do you keep the board from shifting during delivery?

Deliveries are packaged with Care; we have this under control and successfully have delivered many boards without issue.  Any box or board that doesn’t have a cover is wrapped similarly to how you might see a fruit basket, or edible arrangements, to ensure they travel in a sanitary space.  

6. Can the Charcuterie arrangement stay in the fridge overnight?

Yes, 24 hours before your event a Charcuterie arrangement can be kept in the fridge.  For best results, serving your Charcuterie arrangement the day it arrives will result in the best presentation.  Please note at checkout if the board will be served on a different day from the day it was delivered.  We will take measures to ensure things like Toast, crackers, etc. are packaged off the board as they don’t do well in Fridge. 

7. How Long do you recommend leaving out a Charcuterie Arrangement?

It is highly recommended that you rotate the meat and cheese back to the fridge to re-chill after 2 hours.  If your party goes past 2 hours, it may be smart to order two medium boards to rotate in and out of refrigeration. 

8. When are the charcuterie boards made compared to when they are delivered?

They are made and delivered on the same day. 

9. Will our Charcuterie 9. Arrangement match the Picture?

It will be similar but will not match.  This is due to seasons, and the availability of ingredients.  Please note if there is something you especially would like to have or NOT have on your board. 

10. Do you offer special dietary requests?

YES, in the notes at check out please note any dietary restrictions or special requests.

11. How many people will a Charcuterie arrangement accommodate?

When you select a product, there will be an option to select a size from a drop-down in that product section.  Next to each size option is a People Count of how many the Charcuterie Arrangement will accommodate. 

12. Does Customer get to Keep the Charcuterie Board?

Every Charcuterie Board includes the "Standard Board".  You have the option to select a Biodegradable Board or upgrade to a Lux Board. Price is modified based on board type selected. 

13. What are the Board Size?

Size varies based on type of board selected, but will be close to following: 

Mini=8"

Small = 10"

Medium = 12"

Large = 14"

X-Large = 16-20"

14. What types of Cheese are Included?

We include 2-3 types of cheese dependent on size of board. The Cheese will vary based on availability. Our Standard Cheese options could include, but not limited to: 

• Hard cheese: chunks of parmesan, aged gouda, asiago

• Firm cheese: gruyere, comte, manchego, colby, cheddar

• Semi-soft cheese: havarti, butterkäse, muenster

• Soft cheese: burrata, mascarpone, stracchino

• Blue cheese: gorgonzola, dunbarton blue, marbled blue jack

• Crumbly cheese: feta, goat cheese

15. What types of Meat are Included?

We include 2-3 types of Meat dependent on size of board. The Meat will vary based on availability. Our Standard Meat options could include, but not limited to: 

• Prosciutto

• Rillettes

• Saucisson Sec.

• Sopressata

• Genoa Salami

• Mortadella

• Spanish chorizo

• 'Nduja
