Cancellations and Refunds
Everything You Need to Know
All custom orders are considered specialty and require special ordering of ingredients. Therefore, if you need to cancel within 24 hours after ordering, a full refund will be sent back to the customer. After 24 hours, the ingredients are ordered and can't be returned and therefore a 50% return will be provided. Orders from our standard menu options require a 72 hour cancellation notice for a refund of 75% of your order to cover the cost of ingredients we purchase upon order. (24 hours cancellation for full refund does apply to standard orders too)
Dietary Warning Information
This is a disclaimer for our charcuterie boards. Please note that it is our recommendation for meats not to be exposed to room temperature past 2 hours and should be refrigerated and Cheese should be refrigerated after 3 hours, One option is to order multiple boards that allow you to rotate them in and out of fridge for extended entertaining that goes beyond 2 hour time frame. It is NOT recommended that boards be combined as it makes it hard to track the timing of room temperature exposure. Leaving meat and cheese out past the recommended time is done at your own risk.
